The Kosmo Prompt Compiler exists because there is a massive gap between what you want and what AI delivers.
You know what you mean. The AI does not. At least, not until you spell out every constraint yourself. We believe you should not have to learn how to talk to machines. Machines should understand what you mean.
We translate plain English into expert, tool-aware prompts. We turn intent into execution.
The Story
I built Kosmo because I was tired of babysitting AI.
I realized I was spending more time correcting the model than actually building the product. The problem was not the AI. The problem was the prompt. Standard prompts assume too much. They lack context, guardrails, and stopping conditions.
A generic prompt gets a generic result. To get expert results, you need an expert prompt. But writing expert prompts takes time and specialized knowledge.
So I built a compiler. You describe the intent. Kosmo writes the prompt.
In September 2026, Kosmo won the Education and Human Potential category prize in the Build with Gemini XPRIZE, presented by XPRIZE with Google. The prize went to the highest-grossing project in each category, from more than 26,000 registered builders.

You do not need to be an expert. Kosmo injects specialist knowledge into your prompt across any field. Your prompt becomes the expert.
Anti-Sycophancy
Every major AI tells you what you want to hear. Kosmo runs rules on every compile to catch flawed premises before they become flawed prompts.
Tool-Aware Compilation
A prompt written for Claude falls flat in ChatGPT. We do not pretend every AI tool works the same way. Output is adapted to the exact tool you use.
Vent Mode
Sometimes you just need to think out loud. Vent Mode is a side conversation that keeps your main chat's context, so you can ask a basic question or go on a tangent without touching your main thread. Nothing is saved unless you save it.
